ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ಖರೀದಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿ ಹಂತವನ್ನೂ ಜಾಲದ ಮೂಲಕ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತದೆ. | eProcurement carries out every stage of the tender process over the network.
- ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅರ್ಹ ಪೂರೈಕೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಏಕಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ತಲುಪುತ್ತದೆ. | Information reaches all eligible suppliers at the same moment.

ಜೆಇಎಂ ಒಂದು ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಖರೀದಿಸಬಹುದು. | GeM is a marketplace where a listed item can be bought directly.
ಸಿಪಿಪಿ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ನಡೆಸುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು ಅದು ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲ. | The CPP Portal is a system for running tenders and is not a marketplace.
ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶೇಷ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಮಾರ್ಗವೇ ಸೂಕ್ತ. | For works and specialised requirements the tender route is the appropriate one.
ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಣಿ | Registration on the Portal
- ಬಿಡ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪೂರೈಕೆದಾರನೂ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲು ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. | Every supplier wishing to bid must first enrol on the portal.
- ಖರೀದಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಕಚೇರಿಯೂ ತನ್ನ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರನ್ನು ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಬೇಕು. | The buying office must also register its users.

ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಸಹಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಗುರುತನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಬೀತುಪಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. | A digital signature certificate proves the identity of a person in electronic form.

ಬಿಡ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಡ್ ತೆರೆಯುವಿಕೆ ಎರಡಕ್ಕೂ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಸಹಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಬೇಕು. | A digital signature certificate is needed both for submitting a bid and for opening bids.
ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಮೂರನೇ ವರ್ಗದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ ಅಗತ್ಯ, ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಎರಡನೇ ವರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಲೀನಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. | A class three certificate is now required, because the earlier class two has been merged into it.
- ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಪರವಾನಗಿ ಪಡೆದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣೀಕರಣ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವೇ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. | The certificate must be issued by a licensed certifying authority.

ಜೆಇಎಂ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಪಿಪಿ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಎರಡೂ ಬೇರೆ ಬೇರೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಡಿ. | Remember that GeM and the CPP Portal are two different things.
ಈ ಎರಡರ ಗೊಂದಲ ಈ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯದ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಬಲೆ. | Confusing the two is the common trap in this chapter.
