ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಹಣಕಾಸು ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಣದ ಹರಿವನ್ನು ನೈಜ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ತೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಜಾಲ ಆಧಾರಿತ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ. | The Public Financial Management System is a web based application that tracks the flow of government funds in real time.
ಯಾರು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಾರೆ | Who Runs It
ಇದನ್ನು ಹಣಕಾಸು ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಡಿಯ ಮಹಾಲೇಖ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕರ ಕಚೇರಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತದೆ. | It is developed and operated by the Office of the Controller General of Accounts under the Department of Expenditure in the Ministry of Finance.

- ವಿದ್ಯುನ್ಮಾನ ಪಾವತಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವುದು. | Carrying out electronic payments.
- ವೆಚ್ಚದ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ನೈಜ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವುದು. | Providing real time reporting of expenditure.
- ಅನುದಾನ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಪ್ರತಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನೂ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸುವುದು. | Registering every agency that receives funds.
- ನೇರ ಲಾಭ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವುದು. | Carrying out direct benefit transfer.
ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದಿಗಿನ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ | The Link with the Banking System
ಪಿಎಫ್‌ಎಂಎಸ್ ದೇಶದ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕುಗಳ ಕೋರ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಯೋಜಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. | PFMS is integrated with the core banking system of the banks in the country.
- ಅನುದಾನ ಪಡೆಯುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಯನ್ನೂ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಬೇಕು. | Every bank account of a recipient agency must be registered.
- ಆ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿನ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಸಿ ದೃಢೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. | Those details are matched against the bank system and validated.
- ಖಾತೆ ದೃಢೀಕರಣ ವಿಫಲವಾದರೆ ಪಾವತಿ ನಡೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. | If account validation fails the payment does not go through.
- ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಹೆಸರು ಮತ್ತು ಖಾತೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಸಣ್ಣ ತಪ್ಪೂ ಪಾವತಿಯನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. | So even a small error in the name or account number stops the payment.
