ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಎಂದರೇನು | What a Notification Is
ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ರಾಜಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಳಸುವ ರೂಪ. | A notification is the form used for matters that have to be published in the gazette.
ಯಾವಾಗ ಹೊರಡಿಸಬೇಕು | When It Is Issued
ಕಾಯ್ದೆ ಅಥವಾ ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಟ್ಯೂಟ್ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಅಗತ್ಯವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದಾಗ. | When an Act or a Statute requires a notification.
ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅಥವಾ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗ. | When rules are made or amended.

ಇಂತಹ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಇಂತಹ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಇಂತಹ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ಇದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ | In exercise of the powers conferred by section so and so of such and such Act, the authority named hereby does the following

ಅಧಿಕಾರದ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖವಿಲ್ಲದ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಕಾನೂನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದುರ್ಬಲ. | A notification without the citation of power is weak in law.
ಅದನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರೆ ಯಾವ ಅಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು ತೋರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. | If it is challenged, it cannot be shown under what power it was issued.
ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಈ ವಾಕ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದ ಕರಡಿಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಅಂಕ ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. | In the examination too, a draft without this sentence does not get full marks.

ಒಂದು. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಟ್ಯೂಟ್‌ಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರವನ್ನು ಇದರ ಮೂಲಕ ಅನುಮೋದಿಸಿದೆ. | One. In exercise of the powers conferred under the Statutes of the Institute, the Board of Governors hereby approves the following delegation of powers.
ಎರಡು. ನಿಗದಿತ ಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗಿನ ಖರೀದಿಗೆ ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿ ನೀಡುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕುಲಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. | Two. The power to accord sanction for purchases within the prescribed limit is delegated to the Registrar.
ಮೂರು. ಈ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಹಣಕಾಸು ನಿಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಬಜೆಟ್ ಅವಕಾಶಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟು ಚಲಾಯಿಸಬೇಕು. | Three. This power shall be exercised subject to the General Financial Rules and to provision in the budget.
ನಾಲ್ಕು. ಈ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರುತ್ತದೆ. | Four. This notification takes effect from the date of its publication.
ಆದೇಶದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ, ಸಹಿ, ಕುಲಸಚಿವರು | By order, signature, Registrar
ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಸಲಹೆ | Exam tip
ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯ ಕರಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ವಾಕ್ಯವೇ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸುವಂತಿರಲಿ. | Let the very first sentence of a notification draft be the one citing the power.
ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಹೆಸರು ನೆನಪಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಟ್ಯೂಟ್‌ಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂದು ಬರೆಯಿರಿ, ಆದರೆ ಆ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಿಡಬೇಡಿ. | If the name of the Act is not remembered, write under the Statutes, but do not omit that sentence.
